carved seated, the scaley skin and features naturalistically defined, inset eyes -- 1¾in. (4.5cm.) long; and a wood netsuke of a tiger carved seated, its head lowered with a ferocious expression, inset eyes -- 1 5/8in. (4.1cm.) wide, (minor wear).
