A YAOZHOU BLACK-GLAZED VASE
NORTHERN SONG DYNASTY (960-1127)
The vase is covered in a lustrous black glaze fading to a russet brown tone at the mouth and falling short of the foot in an uneven line to reveal the russet brown body.
