A YAOZHOU CARVED DEEP BOWL AND THREE SMALL CELADON-GLAZED BOWLS
SONG DYNASTY (960-1279)
The Yaozhou bowl is carved to the exterior with overlapping flower petals and is covered in an olive-celadon glaze. Two of the small bowls are of plain conical form. The third bowl is carved to the interior with two fish amongst waves and is covered in an olive-celadon glaze.
The largest, 5 1/8 in. (13 cm.) diam.
