AL PACINO AND DUSTIN HOFFMAN COSTUMES FROM "DICK TRACY"
Touchstone Pictures, 1990
Two costumes worn by the actors in the film that also starred Warren Beatty and Madonna; the first being a two-piece turquoise and blue striped double-breasted suit worn by Al Pacino as he portrayed Big Boy Caprice, a role that garnered him an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor in a Supporting Role; an interior label in the jacket reads "Western Costume Co./Hollywood/No. 2844-I/Al Pacino;" the second being a two-piece purple double-breasted suit worn by Dustin Hoffman as he portrayed Mumbles; an interior label in the jacket reads "Western Costume Co./Hollywood/No. 2854-I/Dustin Hoffman/Mumbles." Both costumes are seen in the same scene when Mumbles dumps a pile of cash on Big Boy's table. Included are two 'certificates of authenticity' from Disney Auctions and two reprinted color images of the actors wearing the suits.
