the tapering circular section beaker engraved with three stylised drapery and foliate scroll cartouches, each engraved with initials, supported on a parcel-gilt spreading foot with rocaille and bead motifs - 20.2cm. (8in.) high, 15oz.

A slightly larger beaker of 1777 by the same maker was offered at Christie's London 13 February 1957, lot 17.
