Baluster form, on an openwork maple and key base, with three leaf and key-clad handles, engraved with monograms AEW to MPE, presentation date 1879 Aug. 4th 1900 and presentation inscription: Drink to me only with thine eyes/And I will pledge with mine; Or, leave a kiss but in the cup,/And I'll not look for wine, marked under base, also marked A318
