The monogram on the sauce ladle is that of Anna Hall Roosevelt, mother of Eleanor Roosevelt.
The monogram on the dessert knives is that of Susan Ludlow Parish, godmother and cousin of Eleanor Roosevelt.

The sauce ladle was exhibited in the Eleanor Roosevelt Centennial, New York State travelling exhibition, 1984
