The jug of baluster form on circular foot, with a chased band of foliage on foot and waist, the neck chased with grapes, leaves and vines, the hinged cover with wreath of grape vines with a Chinese figure finial, with leaf-capped loop handle and covered spout; the butter dish on three winged griffin feet with beaded border, the interior fitted with a removable pierced liner, the domed cover etched with foliate scrolls centering initialed medallions.
