Designed as a five-stone diamond bar with central cushion-cut diamond suspending a central collet and large old mine-cut diamond from two collet-set lines, mounted in silver and gold, circa 1860, 5.8 cm. high, in black leather case stamped G. Confalonieri, Milano, Roma.
