the circular panel enclosing an image of Queen Anne, the reverse with hair and Royal Cypher under glass, with reeded bezel and shank.

The vendor states that the ring was purportedly a gift from Queen Anne to her long term friend and confidante Sarah Churchill, wife of John Churchill, the first Duke of Marlborough.
