AN EAST GREEK SILVER OINOCHOE
Archaic Period, Circa Late 6th Century B.C.
The piriform vessel with fluted petals meeting tongues at the shoulder, the short flaring foot with a rosette on the underside, with a wide neck and everted rim, the high arching handle with a palmette attachment on either end
