Green in color, depicted mummiform with the arms folded over the chest, holding a hoe in each hand, with a seed basket over the left shoulder, wearing a tripartite wig and false beard, with ten lines of hieroglyphic text in sunk relief containing the extended version of the Shabti Spell for the benefit of "The Inspector, the Osiris, The Admiral of the Royal Flotilla, Tchi-en-hebu, the son of Pa-neferet-ii"
