Showing "the Prophet, Chief Overseer of the Cattle in the Temple of Thoth, Lord of the Ogdoad, Djehuty-mes, true of voice", standing to the right holding a cos-lettuce in his right hand and a sceptre in his left, hieroglyphs in the left-hand column, upper part of figure and top register of hieroglyphs restored, pieces encased in wooden frame
