Sculpted in raised relief, depicting two female figures seated on chairs at the left, with a mirror and cosmetic chest beneath the chairs, the woman on the right sniffing lotus flowers, each wearing a tightly-fitted sheath, wig, broad collar, bracelets and anklets, with two columns of hieroglyphic text inscribed in sunk relief at the right, identifying the first woman as "his beloved wife...the royal ornament, priestess of Hathor...Sepy.", with a single row of hieroglyphs above and between them stating "His eldest daughter whom he loves, the priestess of Hathor, Sepy"
