The standing pharaoh wearing the blue war-crown, uraeus, and shendyet-kilt, his principal wife, Nefertari, standing beside him wearing a crown and uraeus, the two columns of the inscribed back pillar reading: "The King of Upper and Lower Egypt, Lord of the Two Lands, Ramesses, given life" : "The Great Royal Wife, Nefertari, Ruler (heka) of the Two Lands", mounted 1½ in. (3.9 cm.) high

Nefertari, whose recently restored tomb (QV 66) is in the Valley of the Queens, was the principal and favourite wife of Ramesses II; she died in about Year 24 of his reign.
