Of numerous strands of circular links draped from an oblong hook champleve enamelled with blue reeded panel within white border enclosing swag of rose cut diampnds, the chains linked to similarly enamelled shaped panels fitted with fob seal and key, the watch with pierced bridge chased with foliate scrolls spelling "CHEVALIER" , signed white enamel dial with arabic chapters, later blued steel minute hand, the bezels of the gold case set with split pearls enclosing back guilloché with transluscent blue enamel, c. 1790--52mm. diam.
