    The oviform vase flanked by gilt swan handles and enriched with a panel centering a basket of flowers within flaming torches, the reverse with a pedestal and thyrsus, the trumpet mouth and socle rims beaded; the inkwell formed as an oil-lamp with gilt serpent handle, the lower portion with stiff-leaf tips
