AN ENGRAVED BRONZE EWER
VENETIAN, PROBABLY FIRST HALF 19TH CENTURY
The spout, body and foot engraved with foliate scroll work and fantastical beasts; the spout with an unidentified coat of arms, the body applied with an oval silver relief depicting musicians; the handle in the form of a man and a griffin.
Traces of dark brown patina in the recesses.
