    An evening dress of black wool and silk organza, with dropped waistband and long sleeves finished with kimono style cuffs, applied with bands of red chiffon embroidered with triangular and cruciform steel sequins, the cuffs similarly worked, slight moth damage; an evening dress of black sateen with cross-over bodice decorated with French jet beads, with beaded streamers from the dropped waistband, the flaring lower sleeves of machine lace; and a house-coat of scarlet sateen, embroidered in chain-stitched ivory silks with an all-over floral trellis pattern, with long sleeves and shawl collar, fastening at the hip with a large gilt-metal button, bearing label BABANI, 98 B. HAUSSMANN, PARIS, circa 1920
