Comprising: twelve table forks and spoons; twelve table knives with steel blades; eleven dessert forks and twelve dessert spoons; twelve dessert knives with steel blades; twelve fish forks and knives; twelve fruit forks and knives; twelve small spoons; twelve coffee spoons; twelve teaspoons; five salt spoons; two compote spoons; two meat carving sets; a knife sharpner; a fish serving set; a soup ladle; a vegetable server and two sauce ladles, fiddle and thread handles, all fitted in a wooden box with four compartments with green lining, marked on back of stems

This service was a wedding present given in 1951 by H.M. Queen Juliana and H.R.H. Prince Bernard of The Netherlands to his brother Ernst Aschwin Georg Carol Heinrich Ignatz Prince zur Lippe-Biesterfeld (1914-1988) and Simone Arnoux (1915-2001).
