An incised and underglaze ochre garlic-neck bottle vase
Of compressed globular body and waisted neck rising to the bulbous head and short upright rim, incised with two foliated peony blooms enclosed in ochre oval forms alternating with sprigs, the neck and head divided by ochre bands with similar decoration, the incised design emphasised in underglaze ochre -- 9¾ in. (24.7 cm.) high.
