An Indo-Persian lacquer rectangular trunk
painted and gilt with a central oval calligraphic cartouche within wide bands of scrolling flowers and foliage on yellow and green grounds, the sides similarly decorated, the interior fitted with a sectional tray and decorated with bands of paisley designs -- 25.in (63.5cm) wide, (minor wear and damage).
