    Please note this lot is being sold with a base as follows:
    An Italian bronze mounted red, white and grey marble and alabaster base, on an X-form pedestal inset with plaques depicting various scenes from the Life of the Virgin, with alabasters including diaspro giallo agatato and alabastro fiorito, on a further octagonal stepped base.
    7½in high (19½cm), 16in (41cm) diameter the pedestal, 2in (5cm)high, 19in (48cm) diameter the octagonal base.
