Early 16th Century
Worked with a pattern of pairs of serrated edged leaves with knotted stems, brocaded? in gilt metal threads with single pomegranates and small stylised flowerheads, pieced in one corner, some wear
8 in. x 28 in. (21 cm. x 73 cm.);
and three other velvet fragments;
, an Italian shaped panel of crimson velvet, late 16th Century, worked with a knotwork lattice enclosing stylised flowerheads pieced at one end, slight wear
9 in. x 33 in. (23 cm. x 84 cm.) at widest part;
a collection of matching fragments;
and a large quantity of mainly velvet panels and fragments(a lot)
