An ivory ewer and cover
with short spout and scrolling handle, the main body carved in relief with three phoenix in flight amongst cloud scrolls, the upper shaft with flower blooms and foliage, a flower bulb finial to the cover, traces of gilt -- 9in. (23cm.) high, (minor wear).
