An ivory shaped rectangular plaque, late 19th Century
finely carved in relief with a seated lady in distress and a standing figure on a balcony before a mountainous landscape, the reverse carved with the lady in flight, incised oval signature tablet - 4½in. (12cm.) wide, fitted wooden stand.
