The working copy of an important Florentine bookseller whose namesakes, S.L.G. Audin de Rians and G.L.J.G. Audin, active as publishers and editors during the 1830s and 40s, may have been connected with his firm; the sold items are boxed in ink, and their buyers' names, or their initials transcribed in Greek letters, among them are Melzi, Salva, Landau, Libri, Payne & Foss, "Paris" (possibly Bibliothèque Royale).
