FIRST EDITION. The woodcut illustrations represent "individual organs of the thoracic and abdominal cavities and conveying popular instruction in anatomy and remedies for various diseases" (Choulant). The work is attributed to Heinrich Vogtherr and the text was "designed to accompany the plates published under titles: Anatomia (or Anothomia) eines Mans Leib [and eines Weibs Leib]."
