'Baby Barle', a Steiff teddy bear
with blonde mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs, hump, FF button in ear and red knitted suit, circa 1907 --12¼in. (31cm.) high (some thinning and a few bald spots, pads recovered, fading and dusty)
