This was presented to the most Hon. The Marquis of Bristol, R.N., President of the Institution of Naval Architects, from 1911 to 1916, as a mark of appreciation of the great services which he has rendered to the Institution during his period of office as President, signed on behalf of the Institution of Naval Architects.
