Super-chancery 8° (147 x 97mm). Gothic and Roman type, initial spaces with guide-letter. (Small wormtrack at hinge of first two quires, very light dampstaining, one quire slightly browned, O1.8 partly detached.) Early vellum, ties missing. Provenance: title in an early hand on lower fore-edges.
