Chancery 4° and half-sheet royal 8° (194 x 139mm). Gothic type, printer's device, woodcut initials, initial space with guide-letter, quire catchwords. Some deckle edges preserved. (\Kp\K2 misbound after a8 from an early date with ms. note, title repaired at margin, slight staining on title, wormholes in first few leaves.) Modern vellum. Provenance: early annotations on title -- Celestines of '?Eselymonte' (17th-century title inscription).
