Chancery 2° (281 x 207mm). Gothic type, partly inked bearer type on title, part one decorated: major initials with penwork, smaller initials, paragraph marks and capital strokes in red, ms. guide-letters, some deckle edges and one index tab preserved. (Title mounted, a few marginal repairs, a little spotting and marginal dampstaining.) Modern rich tan morocco gilt by Sangorski and Sutcliffe (spine a little rubbed). Provenance: contemporary inscription 1482 -- Dr. George Kloss (bookplate) -- New York, General Theological Seminary Library (bookplate and stamps, sale Christie's NY, 1 October 1980, lot 17).
