8o (196 x 124 mm). PRINTED ON VELLUM, one of six copies. Title in red and black, two devices in red. Red morocco gilt, by Emile Rousselle, top-edges gilt, the others uncut. Provenance: booklabel "A. Retourné 12 oct 88 Amiens".
The edition was limited to 600 paper copies and SIX VELLUM COPIES; the present copy on vellum is unnumbered. Note G in the appendix quotes C.-F Joullain on the mannerisms of dealers and the auctioneer during a French provincial sale in 1786.
