    With lever movement, 21 jewels, finely engraved gilt-finished movement plate inscribed Tourbillon Breguet No. 515, Brevet du 7 Messidor An 9, the engine-turned silvered dial with visible one minute tourbillon carriage with mono-metallic compensation balance at 6, Roman numerals on off-centered silvered time display, blued steel Breguet hands, in circular case with milled band, glazed display snap on back, together with an 18k gold Breguet buckle, case and dial signed, movement signed and numbered
