21-jewel lever movement adjusted to six positions and with profusely engraved backplate inscribed Tourbillon Breguet No.688, engine turned silvered mask, eccentric Roman chapter ring, blued steel moon hands, 20-second scale, visible one-minute tourbillon carriage with lever escapement and blued overcoil hairspring, case with milled band, glazed back, maker's strap with platinum deployant clasp, case, movement and dial signed, diameter 36mm.
