Small 2°, 109 leaves only (of 148), 4-line initials in red and blue, red capital strokes, 3 woodcut illustrations, 3 woodcut diagrams (lacking all folding views, first leaf detached and soiled, large part of upper margin of first 9 leaves torn away, light marginal waterstaining, some staining), old boards (worn), 16th- and 17th-century inscriptions on verso of final leaf and a few marginal annotations.
