44 volumes and one atlas volume, 4o (249 x 192 mm). 1275 engraved plates, including portrait and 12 folding maps, mostly by Jacques de Sve and his son Jacques de Sve fils. Contemporary French calf, spines gilt and with letter pieces in various colors, first 3 volumes with coat-of-arms on sides, last 6 volumes Poisson bound similarly but with spines differently decorated.
Provenance: Vincent Etienne Nicolas Roujault (coat-of-arms on covers of first 3 volumes [Olivier 1147]).
