Engraved title with vignette, 26 engraved plates, plans and maps (nine folding, four of these with some hand-colouring), one folding letterpress table. (Some old dampstaining to lower margins, small hole in half-title, signs of removal of ownership stamps from various leaves.) Contemporary french calf gilt, g.e. (worn). Provenance: Dr. R.A.Chermside (armorial bookplate). Together with a uniformly bound set of Niebuhr's Voyage en Arabie. (Amsterdam & Utrecht: 1776-1780. 4°).
The first work includes two large folding maps of the Yemen at the back: the second map does not appear to be required in this edition. (3)
