Royal 2° (344 x 241mm). Gothic type, initial spaces, some with guide-letter. (Without first blank and lacking last leaf containing the register, dampstaining in top margin repaired at beginning and end, last leaf strengthened at hinge, few wormholes between columns, first leaf torn at margin.) Modern vellum, red edges.
The edition consists of two separate works. The present volume contains De servitutibus rusticorum praediorum only. HC 4853; BMC IV, 64; GW 6497; Goff C-391.
