With gilt-finished chain fusée movement, verge escapement, finely pierced and engraved cock and foot, repeating on a bell, gilt dust cap, the white enamel dial with Chinese numerals, outer ring with five minute divisions, blued steel beetle and poker hands, the inner gold case with finely pierced band engraved with a house, tree and the portrait of a gentleman, the plain back centred by an engraved flower, the repoussé outer gold case inset with agate panels, interspersed with diamond, emerald and ruby flowers over red guilloché enamel panels, diamond-set thumb piece, repeating through the pendant, movement and dust cap signed and numbered, inner case numbered
