Trevor Hill was created 1st Viscount Hillsborough in 1717. He married Mary, eldest daughter and co-heiress of Anthony Rowe of Muswell Hill, Middlesex and widow of Sir Edward Denton, Bt., of Hillesden, Buckinghamshire.
