(Without last blank, title strengthened at hinge, stamp excised from title, small wormholes at beginning and end.) 18th-century thin pasteboard partly covered with a vellum ms. choirbook leaf (rubbed). Provenance: a few contemporary annotations -- Johannes de Romanes of Casal Maggiore (18th-century inscription).
