inscribed and dated 'KENST DV DIE GESTALT SO NEN MICH/ORDER GEHE DEINER WEG DAS RADT ICH/.15 99.' and inscribed with coat of arms (upper left) and with inscription 'Andreas Rindscheit zu Schüe-/leüthen.' (on the reverse)
