Margaret, Lady Heath, was the daughter of John Miller. On 10 December 1600, she married Sir Robert Heath (for whom see the preceeding lot) and produced five sons and one daughter. The eldest son, Edward, was created a knight of the Bath at the Restoration and recovered his father's estates. He married a daughter of Ambrose, brother of Sir George Croke, through whom he acquired a manor in Cottesmore in Rutlandshire. The second son, John, became an attourney-general of the duchy of Lancaster on the Restoration and was knighted at Whitehall on 27 May. He married Margaret, daughter of Sir John Mennes.
