A young gentleman, probably from the Poisallole de Nanteuil de la Norville family, in blue coat with gold buttons, cream and brown striped waistcoat, knotted cravat (artist's joins)
signed 'Saint.' (lower left)
oval, 3 7/8 in. (96 mm.) high, gilt-metal mount with pierced foliate border, within rectangular black veneered wood panel inlaid with metal stripes
