Two parts in one, folio, 291 x 202 mm., later half calf, spine gilt; small wormhole (wormtrack on a few leaves) penetrating most of text block (occasionally affecting letters of portions of letters throughout), some very slight marginal worming, but a crisp copy. The definitive edition of Ermolao Barbaro's Latin translation. The second part contains the collection of Barbaro's original commentaries on pharmacy (corollarii), with a preface by G.B.
