PRESENTATION COPY [to W.G. Grace] (preface leaf inscribed "with the author's compliments and regards" in purple ink; sold by Bearne's, Exeter, Important Cricketing Books from the Collection of Dr. W.G. Grace, 11 July 1996, lot 57). Page 57, which states "The  season was remarkable for introducing to the Nottingham public Mr. W.G. Grace", has the corner turned down, presumably by Grace himself.
