Numerous black and white photographs, colour illustrations, maps and diagrams, many of these folding, cut-outs and overlays, folder with one large folding map and one folding view. (Some repaired tears, occasional marginal dampstain, folding map strengthened with tape on verso, folding view backed with tape.) Original printed covers, original maps folder, original inner portfolio (covers and folder repaired, one back cover with a large blank section supplied, outer portfolio supplied in facsimile but preserving some of the spine, and the inner panel with printed contents list).
