Sultan Khalil Khan was the Aqquyunlu ruler and son of Uzun Hasan. He ruled for only one year from 882-3 (1478 AD). The name Jalal-al Din is not recorded. The Aqquyunlu ruled Diyar Bakr, Eastern Anatolia and Azerbayjan. Another manuscript in his name is in the Chester Beatty Library.
